![What if your body gets larger?
2020 me was living in such intense stress.
Covid times.
Major life changes.
Home with a 1 year old and 4 year old.
Having a haaaard time.
Still in the early postpartum years.
Feeling comfortable in my body... but still, in the back of my mind, believing that my body would get smaller...
My 2023 body is at its largest size, larger than it was in early postpartum.
I am reminding myself to LIVE in this body and not spend time or energy wondering if it could be different.
I still absolutely experience a lot of body privilege...
AND still my body shape is not represented in my industry as a fitness professional
I’ve REALLY had to embody what I coach and that is “what if your body gets larger?”. My purpose in this lifetime is not to be a woman to spends her life chasing a smaller pant size.
