The 7-DAY SAMPLE STRENGTH PLAN includes 3 full-body, wildly effective workouts that you’ll complete in 25-30 minutes each!

These workouts are intentionally designed from my 17+ years coaching experience with pregnant, postnatal, and folks entering into peri/menopause. 

I want you to feel successful and strong from the very first workout – and you WILLplus, feel successful through your week’s plan!

With this program you’ll (re)build muscular strength in the abdominals and glutes, upper and lower body, PLUS improve your cardiovascular fitness. 

NOTE: You can do these sessions from home OR at the gym. For equipment you’ll use dumbbells (or other weights), resistance bands (or cable machine), and a bench (or sturdy chair).
