I am a Kinesiologist and Fitness Coach who has built my expertise training pregnant, postpartum, and perimenopause clients over nearly two decades.

I am passionate about teaching you how to exercise to strengthen & support this version of your body, without feeling like you need to be restrictive or obsessive.

My approach is evidence-based and NON-diet!
