Feel Like You are Doing it All? Read This
It’s 10:30 PM and the last thing you want to do is laundry.
Or prepping meals. Or finally fitting in work.
But it’s what you do because it’s the only time you’re going to get to yourself today — that is, apart from the time that you finally fall into your bed for a good 8 hours.
(Okay, who are we kidding. 6 hours on a good day.)
You sit down to do the task at hand and you realize …
Your shoulders are almost up to your ears.
Your feet hurt.
Your back hurts.
But it’s nothing compared to the pain you’re feeling on the inside. The pain of hopelessness … of realizing that this thing called Motherhood feels endless and overwhelming.
No one is pouring into you. And my friend, you need it.
If you hear nothing else today, I want you to hear this.
You deserve to have someone “mom” you. You deserve to have someone to support you.
It’s not selfish. It’s not you being “complain-y.”
It’s the reality that this stuff called mother/parenthood is so hard and it’s getting harder every single day.
So who is lifting you up? Who is propping you up so that you can be successful in your everyday, strong in your body, and strong in your mind — without expecting or needing anything in return?
Who is there to help you refill your cup?
Here’s the deal. I want to help you find a way out of the rut you’re in right now. Because when things are overwhelming generally, it’s easy for things to feel like a total tsunami barrelling toward you day in and day out.
So if you’re looking for help to:
- Navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and all the changes to your body that come along
- Add regular exercise to help you feel better in life, manage stress, and enjoy your body
- Center your own care, pleasure and time so you can end the cycle of martyring mothers
… then let’s connect at my live and FREE workshop next week called:
