Hello! It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these updates and I thought it’d be the perfect time as we start to wrap up summer 2014 (noooooo). Here’s a look into my life lately and things I’m loving, in photos!

). REALLY exciting announcement yesterday that I’m joining the Girls Gone Strong team as an Advisory Board Member. I’ll be offering my point of view to all things prenatal and postnatal exercise. All of the members are being announced this week and they’re absolutely incredible women. Here’s a Spotlight Interview that I did with GGS, if you want to learn a little more about me.

). Pulled Chicken. Oh my. I adapted this recipe from Nom Nom Paleo and it turned out wonderfully. This was the convo with my husband after I made it and although I was saying “you’re welcome” for something totally unrelated, this was perfect timing 😉

). Buddha! I love a happy, big bellied buddha and my mom got this one on the right for us over the weekend. So good.

). Alberta Mountains. This pic is from Banff, a beautiful little mountain town close by to us that we took a drive out to over the weekend. Gorgeous.

). Strength Training Group. I teach a small group strength training class in Calgary and these women are the best, ever.

). Rose Hip Oil. I’ve been using this on my face for a few months now, after hearing about it from my friend Jen, of Mama Lion Strong. You only need a few drops, so this whole 20ml bottle lasted me 3 months.

). Run Happy. Although I’m not a runner (…I think that’s pretty obvious by now), I thought this was a good reminder for those of you who do enjoy running. Running is supposed to feel good and be good (not damaging) for your body. If those things are not happening, well, then you’re not running happily. (Ps. see a pelvic floor physio to make sure it’s safe for you to run happy!)

). Mason Jars. Anyone else? I can’t get enough. Picked up these small ones that I’ll use for my homemade body butters and deodorant.

). JMG Fitness Consulting (me!) finally has a LOGO. What do you think?

Have a fabulous week, friends.
