I took my first weekend personal training certification when I was 19 years old, which puts me at 13 years in the fitness industry as a coach and Kinesiologist.
By some grace of the universe, the very first personal training job I got – in my small, Canadian university town – was at a boutique studio that coached all pregnant and postpartum people.
That part-time job as a full-time student, led to a Masters degree in Kinesiology where the world of pelvic health, diastasis recti, hormones, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence became front and centre.
And today, my whole business is dedicated to supporting these same populations.
My mission continues to be in supporting moms through major life transitions, using movement and exercise as the vehicle for fostering community, courage, and capability.
