Pregnancy Belly Support Garments
This pregnancy has been completely different in many ways. One way in particular is that I’ve felt like I’ve need abdominal support from early on.
In my first pregnancy, I felt totally fine and supported through 42 weeks. In this pregnancy, I’ve needed some belly support since 20+ weeks onward.
I’ve tested out a few different options since that point to see what could be most helpful in relieving the heavy belly feeling, the direct belly button pain, and general body fatigue of parenting a toddler while pregnant.
3 Options I’ve Tried
1). FitSplint Maternity Band: a belly support band, with 2 different ‘arms, making it adjustable to your body and where you might need more or less support.
2). RockTape: an athletic type tape specially designed to be used on the body, to help offer support and relieve aches and pains.
3). Angel Care Maternity Band: a pullover compression garment you wear that supports the whole trunk.
Below, you’ll see videos on each option, where I show you how I use it and what I enjoy about each product.

At now 36 weeks pregnant, I am using the RockTape and Angel Care Maternity Band daily and I have been feeling really good in my body with the combination of them. No doubt, I’ll be continuing to use them to make it through the end of this pregnancy with as much comfort as possible.
