How to Get Your Postpartum Clients to Buy In
How do you get your postpartum clients or patients to buy in?
Today we’re tackling a question I’m often asked by our Postnatal Fitness Specialist Academy students.
How do I get my postpartum clients or patients to “buy in” to going slow in their return to exercise when they want to jump back into all of the things, or intense exercise right away?
In your soul, you know that you can’t responsibly encourage or coach them to do that, while respecting the general timeline of healing for a post-pregnancy, post vaginal birth, or Cesarean birth body.
In this video, I’m giving you TWO topics to be having conversations about with your clients, to help you all get on the same team in your coaching or treatment timelines.
Ps. It has NOTHING to do with core or pelvic floor education. ?
