Friends, I want you to question your beliefs that says because your body shape or body composition isn’t changing, that your fitness program isn’t working or isn’t worth doing.
This is false and is keeping you stuck.

In Reclaiming You, I work with a small group of 15-20 womxn on an individual basis. Your fitness program will be designed specifically to your interests, energy, time, equipment, pelvic health needs, and other #goals.
We will work together for 3 months, September 8th – November 29th. Working towards a you that feels nourished, reclaimed, and celebrated.
