Abdominal Soreness with Postpartum Running

A fantastic reader question being answered in this post!

A mama recently returned to postpartum running. She is experiencing abdominal soreness in the days after her runs. Is this normal? Is this a sign of core and pelvic floor dysfunction? What can she do differently!
