It’s ingrained in us that societally, we as mothers and womxn are there to take care of our families even if it means putting yourself last. For years.

And this thought process is killing us — spirituality, emotionally, and physically. 

The truth is: While giving as much as you do to your loved ones may bring you joy … it’s also draining you. And the moment will come where you’ve given more than you have.

In this brand new program, I’m helping womxn — both moms, aspiring moms, and life-givers who call themselves something different — to journey one-on-one to better health and being well.

More than just a fitness plan, Reclaiming You, is geared to help you restore the relationship with your body by redefining what it means to be physically fit. 

In this 12-week program, you and I will work together to:

✓  Restore your energy by treating yourself well and putting yourself first
