Complete 5 Workouts in 10 Days with the Summer Strength Challenge: Starting August 8th

[VLOG] How do I know when I’m ready to increase the intensity of workouts postpartum?

by Nov 1, 2016

Do I have to wait until 3 months postpartum before I lift any weights? Do I have to finish the Core + Floor Restore program before I start strength training? How do I know when I can lift heavier?

Today I’m sharing a super simple guideline that you can keep in the front of your mind when ramping up your workouts. Breastfeeding mamas: pay keen attention.

There are certainly other factors to keep in mind, such as muscle soreness, energy, mood, sleep status, and general feeling of health, but get started on these ones for now.

I hope this helps!
