Q: My schedule is packed full. How long do these workouts take?
A: This is tailor-made for BUSY moms and parents. You can start with as little as 10 minutes, 2-3 times a week to make tremendous difference to how you feel in your body and your life.
All the workouts span from 5 minutes to 25 minutes max. And listen, we always celebrate the “I got in half a workout” life.
Put it this way…a few Friday’s back I started my workout at 9:26pm, was done at 9:46pm, and in bed by 10pm. The point? This can fit anywhere.
Q: What if I’m a CrossFitter, runner, lifter? Will this be too easy or boring?
A: Every workout can be adjusted to your current situation and fitness level. The beauty of strength and conditioning training is that you’ll be able to dial up or dial down the intensity in every workout.
Q: What if I’m just getting started with working out? Will this be too hard?
A: If you’re just getting started with working out, you can do this. I’ll adjust your plan accordingly. We’ll adjust your program every 4 weeks, progressively, as you get stronger and more confident.
Q: What kind of equipment do I need?
A: We keep things REALLY simple. A set of resistance bands (one heavy, one light) and a set of dumbbells (also one heavier set and one light) and you’re ready to go. We’ll send you a mini band in the mail!
Q: I just had a baby. How soon can I start?
A: You can start immediately. Most people in our Postnatal Track, whether they’ve had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, can start with our core and pelvic floor recovery program (Core + Floor Restore – included in your membership) as soon as 2-3 weeks postpartum.
Q: I had my baby 1, 2, even 10 years ago. Can I still do this program?
A: Yes, we’d love to have you. Tell me all about what you’ve been up to when you fill out your consultation form and we’ll craft your custom plan based on any unresolved issues and your goals.
