In this brand new program, I’m helping womxn — both moms, aspiring moms, and life-givers who call themselves something different — to journey one-on-one to better health and being well.
More than just a fitness plan, Reclaiming You, is geared to help you restore the relationship with your body by redefining what it means to be physically fit.
In this 12-week program, you and I will work together to:
