The 3B’s: Coaching and Cueing for the Postnatal Fitness Client
A live online workshop where I’ll teach you my 3B’s system, that you can implement for any postpartum client in exercise coaching. You’ll learn how to modify three key factors for postpartum moms in strength training, including:
- Breathing
- Body Position
- Base Level Exercises
This workshop includes live coaching with exercise demos, coaching and cueing examples through strength training.
The 3B’s are your go-to strategies for success when working with moms who are very early, to years later postpartum. Breathing, body position, and base level exercise modifications are important for personal training, semi-private, group fitness, and distance based clients.
This is a LIVE online session that will only be run once.
Spots are limited to the first 100 coaches.
