These workouts are intentionally designed from my 18+ years coaching experience with pregnant, postnatal, and folks entering into peri/menopause. 

Each workout takes just 25-30 minutes and you can do them from home OR at the gym.

I want you to feel successful and strong from the very first workout – and you WILLplus, feel successful through the entire 3-week experience!

With the BETA workouts you’ll (re)build muscular strength in the abdominals and glutes, upper and lower body, PLUS improve your cardiovascular fitness.
