Sweet treat recipe today for you. Really tasty, extra easy to make (and eat). You might even have all these ingredients in your pantry right now.

Prep time = 5 minutes

Freeze time = 15 minutes

Total time to treat time = 20 minutes

Ingredients:

– 1 cup natural peanut butter

– 1/2 cup – 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life which are dairy free)

– 1/4 cup coconut oil

– 1 -2 Tblsp raw honey

Instructions:

Melt your peanut butter, coconut oil, and raw honey in a pot on low heat. While heating, cover an 8×11 cake pan with parchment paper (or don’t, and you’ll just put your mix directly in pan). When fully combined take off stove and pour mixture into your pan. Sprinkle your chocolate chips evenly over the mix. Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until it hardens enough to cut through. Eat.

OH MY. How good do these look? Store in the freezer so they don’t get all melty, and just pop a piece out when you want it.
